Throughout history and across cultures, dolls have been more than just toys — they’ve been symbols of protection, emotional expression, and transformation.
As children, we instinctively formed bonds with dolls, often projecting feelings onto them, sharing secrets, offering care, or seeking comfort. That connection didn’t come from logic — it came from the soul's need to be seen and held.
In adulthood, we rarely allow ourselves space to slow down, create with our hands, or speak without words. That’s where healing dolls come in.
This workshop is for you if:
