Doll on the Wall

My art dolls are deeply personal creations, shaped by memories, childhood impressions, moments of wonder, old beliefs, forgotten dreams, and fleeting images that stay with us long after they happen.

I think of my dolls as portraits of the inner world rather than the outer one. They are assembled slowly and intuitively, layer by layer, combining textures, found materials, aged surfaces, and hand-crafted details that give each figure its own presence and personality. Some feel familiar, others strange, but all of them hold something deeply personal and human.

My work is inspired by folklore, iconography, and the beauty of nature and imperfection. I am drawn to the idea that every person is made of many different stories, emotions, and contradictions. Through these dolls, I explore those hidden layers and create characters that invite reflection, curiosity, and connection.
