Chrysalis
mixed media, 11 x 11 x 1,5 inches
Chrysalis is a reflection on transformation and the quiet, often invisible process of becoming.
Much of my work is rooted in self-exploration and in the search for resonance between the inner self and the outside world. For a long time, I believed I had become frozen, unable to move forward. Looking back, I realize that what felt like stillness was, in fact, metamorphosis.
Some transformations unfold beneath the surface, hidden from view. They cannot be hurried or measured against anyone else's timeline. They require patience, trust, and the willingness to embrace uncertainty.
It takes as long as it takes. And it's not done until it's done.
Chrysalis is a reminder that periods of apparent stillness are often the most powerful stages of growth. What seems dormant is already changing, preparing for the moment when it is ready to emerge.
